Technical description:
MB-TT50 – Post and beam wall with high thermal insulation values
A post and beam facade system enabling the construction of curtain or filling walls, roofs and spatial constructions. It is based on a new approach to the construction of aluminum profiles and accessories for the tightness and thermal insulation of joints. Thanks to this, the façade provides a high level of protection against heat loss for the building. The MB-TT50 system provides a wide range of development possibilities and it is also provided as a basis for fire-prevention and burglary-prevention solutions.
Features that affect the functionality and aesthetics of facades made in the MB-TT50 system:
• Shapes of profiles in accordance with current trends in architecture allow the profile of the posts and beams to be faced from the inside of the façade.
• A set of angular connections gives freedom in designing spatial constructions
• A set of matching insulators provides excellent protection against heat loss through the structure and their special shape facilitates facade prefabrication.
• Gasket assembly and 3-level cascade drainage and de-aeration system guarantee proper operation of the façade even in the most unfavorable weather conditions.
• Wide range of glazing and high load-bearing capacity of the post-beam connection allow the use of many types of panes and assembly of large and heavy sets.
• Wide selection of façade elements: various types of windows and doors, including MB-SR50N RW and MB-RW roof windows.
The MB-TT50 system is certified by the PHI Darmstadt Institute in the highest A + class, which confirms that its structures can be used in the construction of passive constructions.
